They have maintained solid and mutually beneficial relationships with their suppliers, and have shown an interest in assisting producers in improving their product. In addition to the fair trade premium, they have invested in drying technologies for one of their supplier so they can produce a higher-quality product. They have often donated proceeds to various charities and are currently donating 100% of proceeds from two of their products to CARE’s efforts in Haiti. Theo Chocolate has also proven to be a socially responsible company as demonstrated by its relationship with its employees.
