They have only one regular employee who is not part of the family. Interrupcion* works with Arroyo Fresco not only because of the high quality of their product, but because they believe FairTrade and access to international markets is important in guaranteeing the long-term growth and survival for small companies that are playing an integral role in fueling Argentina´s economic recovery. Arroyo Fresco demonstrates great care and pride in their production and work together closely as family production unit.
